Get the best value tickets for your journey by travelling outside peak travel times during the week. Our peak time services run Monday to Friday, arriving in London before 10am and between 4pm – 6.59pm, however during the August blockade train times are being extended, and trains may arrive slightly later. At all other times – including all weekend – you can save money by buying an Off-Peak Ticket.
You may have to travel on specific days, times or routes so check your ticket to make sure it’s right for your journey.
Sometimes there may be more than one Off-Peak ticket available for your journey. The cheapest fare is called Super Off-Peak. These tickets will have more restrictions on how and when you can travel and are only valid for travel after 10am.
If you need inspiration to travel Off-Peak, check out the below for a snapshot of things to do and places to visit, such as Borough Market or Margate Tidal Pool, on our network.
You're going to love the entertainment offered at the very heart of London
